The room was comfy and modern, but the fridge didn't work at all.

The location was good and magnificent, in a largely residential area with several restaurants, the hotel overlooked city. The staff were amazingly nice and kept the place reasonably clean...

This is a hotel that most 4 and 5 star hotels in Milan should learn from. Staff extremely courteous and professional. When I asked for wifi access a person actually came up to my room with the password and explained how to set it up. Room very modern, designed intelligently. Excellent quality of materials and high quality flat screen tv. Complimentery (cold, nice touch considering the season) still and sparlking water in the room and tea/coffee maker. Bed is very comfortable and the ac distributed evenly. Bathroom of the same quality of the room, I appreciated the rain shower and the modern temperature control of the water. Along the usual toiletries (excellent quality), bathrobe and slippers are provided. The star of this hotel however is the breakfast. It is served on the top floor where the restaurant is (unfortunately closed for lunch and dinner till the end September), the light fills beautifully the floor. Thr quality of each component was of excellent standard (finally scrambled eggs cooked and seasoned perfectly!) with a good (and unusual!) vatiety. Rarely have I seen smoked salmon, sushi and even dumplings served at breakfast. If like me you find dumplings at breakfast weird, just try them, the finest dumplings I have ever had. This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Milan. The quality price ratio is absurdly high, although I guess being new, prices will rise in the future to reflect the high quality. Right now it is an absolute steal, look out for last minute deals if arriving on the same day as booking.

Reaching the right elevator for the rooms was slighty confusing, perhaps it could be explained better. No pay per view channels were available (Cinema, Sport etc.), which is a pity consideting the high quality tv. Ac is managed centrally, some may find this offputting (temp was perfect for me). These are just minor quibbles however, couldn't find any real faults.

The location was absolutely perfect and fantastic as it was very close to a tube station.

The decor was modern and chic, and I loved the little rooftop area for some relaxing sun time. They also had a nice lounge for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the room's smell. it was a bit too strongly perfumed, but I’d still recommend this spot for a comfy stay! 😊

we had a really enjoyable time staying at this hotel. stayed for 2 nights in this modern and safe place, greatly enjoyed that. the staff were pleasant and polite day and night. its location at a walking distance from icon park was good and excellent.

The hotel is perfect and spotlessly clean, the staff are pleasant, location is incredible close to metro. The rooms here are reasonably large with very comfortable beds. The service is attentive, includes free parking. Parking is nearby. The property is definitely recommended to others.

Great views of the city and amazing internet TV with English shows.

Staff were very, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious - great dumplings. Room was well-designed, quiet and I slept well.

The staff here is incredibly nice and the location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the center and other city attractions.
